Around the School #2 (Giveaway reminder)

Ohh I'm SO excited for my second installment of "Around the School!!"  If you missed the first one you can see it {here}

This is basically what I see walking the halls of my school.  I get SO much inspiration from other teachers and there are A LOT of talented teachers in my building :)

It is amazing all the cute projects/activities going on in all different grades! This is just my little way of showing them off!  I hope you find some inspiration too!

(giveaway at bottom)

The groundhogs are SUPER cute... and what a good idea to make with hearts to have for Valentine's Day!
(email me if you want the groundhog poem)

Cute penguins! Love the "can," "has," "likes" chart!

Love this idea!!  Anything where you can incorporate two things in one makes a GREAT display!

I am so glad I decided to do "around the school" or I may not have even noticed these STINKIN' ADORABLE kisses!!  They look super easy to make too!!

Wow, those sledders are amazing!!  They look so cute all in a line too!

I posted about our hundred's day hearts (see it here)- finally a picture of them!!
Again, incorporating the heart with the 100 items means I can keep this up for a couple of weeks! :)

Those snowflakes have hearts!! Do you see it??  My aide last year made them for me!!
THIS is the closest I could find to making these (even though it is not even close :)

I LOOOVE this!!  It is so simple yet look amazing as a display!  How fun would it be to just let your kids get creative with this project!

This was another new idea I found just walking around.  These were made on www.tagxedo.com (go!)
You can make all kinds of word clouds on this site for FREE!  I love the variety of shapes they have which is different than "Wordle."

These pictures do not do this cute display justice!  Each "person" had a real photograph of the child.  At the bottom was tin foil for an ice rink.  So COOL!

Check these out!!  I am not sure if they were made in relation to an underwater unit (because they were all "sea creatures") but what a great idea- and how fun for those fifth graders!!

Our librarian is simply amazing!  This is what you see as you walk into the LLC- I love it!  This would be cute in any classroom!

Thanks for stopping by! I'd love to hear what project or grade you found inspiring!

  1. I think black works best for me...I definitely need to keep it as low a profile from the kiddos as I can! Thanks for the giveaway!

  2. I want a green one sooo bad - but I'd go with blue so I can change my room theme and it will match.
