300 linky party giveaway and math

This is what I saw when I got in my car yesterday after it was sitting in the sun all day.  It's been H O T here in the Chicago area... but it looks like we will have a tiny bit of a break from the unbearable temps.  It will be mid 80's all this week.  Ahhh ....

300... say what?  So, when I was dreaming up this linky I wanted to do it to celebrate 200.  By the time I had it together I was at 250+ and now... I'm past 300!  Wowsers! When I started this lil' ole blog never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd get to 300!  Thanks so much for sticking around- I can't believe the nice people I've meet and the amazing ideas I've gathered along the way.  Thanks :)

One last thing... the next topic I will be discussing will be on math- boy do I have a TON to talk about!  This has been an area that I have been working on improving and I'm pretty close to what I would call a successful math time.  I can't wait to share some great things with you!  Because I'm too excited... I will share just one thing now... so have you been on Xtramath.org yet??

This is an AMAZING AND FREE site!  It is so user friendly that even I could figure it all out! :)  You can add your entire class and customize to fit their individual math fact needs.  You can print letters to have students work on it at home.  You can set it up to run as a center in your classroom.  The best part is there are videos that show you how to do everything right there!  I have used this for the past two years and have had the parents and students of my class rave about it!  Check it out! :)
